tell you how to get the master files over to me and payment and artwork
and everything and get you reserved.

Thanks. August is quite late. I'll look at some other options but may
get back to you.

I totally understand. You could always try Corporate Records on the east
cost or Pete King overseas though I'm sure Peter is gonna be way later
than that. Single Piece Slate as far as I know are not doing anything
until next year but they're in Georgia.

Other than that, I'm not sure of anyone else doing them.

Best of luck with your project and sorry I couldn't help.

I checked with Corporate but he said he can't fit 18 minutes per side.
So let's do it in August.

20 records, with labels, I calculate $300. How do you do payment?

How do you want the masters? A CD-R, or .wav file?

I'm attaching label artwork--do you need any changes in it?

Any chance of getting a locked groove on one side? On the digital relese
the final song ends in a loop, and I can edit it to 1.8 seconds.

August it is.

I can do a locked groove on the end no problem, just leave a note with the
wav files.

You can upload the album as individual wav files, zip them up and send
them to me via sendspace.com to my email here. Please clearly label who
it is for so there's no confusion on my part later on.

$315 would be the total with priority shipping as you are in the states.
That will cover everything. You can submit payment via paypal to
djtralfaz@yahoo.com. Please add 4% to the total to cover fees they take
out or send it as a gift and they won't take any out.

That should do it. I'm anxious to hear these Lennon McCartney tunes :)

Thanks again

Do you are about mono/stereo, or does it matter?

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I mail you a check and you send me a
receipt?

If you want to mix it down to mono that's up to you, the amps I use are
stereo input and it bridges the signal to mono on the cuts so either or
works fine.

As for a check, I don't really mess with checks. A money order works or
I've had people overseas western union it to me before which also works.

Let me know what you prefer and we can go from there :) I'm easy to work
with, you'll see this over the next couple months :)

Nothing else, I think we covered it all. I can't believe I'm still up
making records right now, it's 2:00 in the morning!

If you're mailing a money order you can always just toss the cdr in with
it - kill two birds so to speak.

Please make the money order out to me, Thomas Emmi. My mailing address is:

Thomas Emmi
4907 Vinton Street
Omaha, NE 68106

If you would please write me a note as to what it's for as well so I can
reference it once I get to it.

That should do it :) thanks again! If you have any other questions please
feel free to ask.

hey david

sorry for the extreme delay on replying back to you. not trying to scare
you or anything so please forgive me.

i thought i sent you an email letting you know i got the disc. if not,
again, please accept my apology.

i've been dealing with a disaster on my end for the past couple months and
trying to get thru it without damaging my reputation. i don't remember if
i told you or not but my main imac i use for correspondence and my orders
and file storage died on me, power supply blew up, logic board fried and
in the 2 months it took me to get it back, i wasn't even informed that the
hard drive fried as well - i found this out when i got it back only a few
weeks ago so i lost a ton of files and some very important documentation.
if that's not bad enough, someone started talking trash on me on a forum
and now i've had to reassure everyone i'm not some type of con artist or
out to rip anyone off but dealing with the above mentioned b.s. which was
totally beyond my control.

i've been cutting records for about 18 hours a day over the past couple
weeks and trying to get caught up as this really hurt things on my end too
as i can't take new jobs on right now and that in turn causes issues on my
household - rent, bills, family etc.

so yeah man, no fun on my side but i wanted to shoot you a message and let
you know i'm working on everything and hope to get these back to you very
very soon.

please feel free to contact me whenever you need to but i'm going to try
to push yours thru within the next couple weeks so you can have them back
sooner.

thanks again for hearing me out and understanding and for your patience.
85% of the people i've spoken with have been cool about it, the rest are
the reason i'm not sleeping much at night.

speak to you soon

hey d

thanks for understanding. there's a lot of people out there who are
totally being jerks about this - one guy in particular i had to stop doing
a job i was working on and get his done because he was being such an ass
about it - AND he had only been waiting about a month for them if you can
believe that.

i'm gonna revamp my site and make the turnaround 4 months now even though
it may take a couple weeks once i get caught up just so i don't have to
answer countless emails from people wanting their stuff now now now.

it's stressful but hasn't made me want to throw in the towel yet, it's a
great experience to work on records for people all over the world,
different styles, art forms, etc - way better than a normal 9 to 5.

speak to you soon man and thanks again

hey david

i'm still pushing on with things. a couple weeks after i last spoke to
you i ended up in the ER with extremely lower abdominal cramps. after a
couple days time, CT scans, blood work, ultrasounds and other tests, i
found out i have diverticulitis - it's an intestinal disorder and i was
very close to the infection bursting. i've been since treating it with
meds and a complete and total diet change so not only am i behind from the
imac but now i'm dealing with this too.

i'm feeling much better than i was, sore and achy still but functional. a
couple weeks ago i couldn't even stand for very long without wanting to
fall over from the pain.

i've been working on jobs for people like crazy over the past month though
so i will have these to you very soon - probably within a couple more
weeks time.

i want to apologize for the delay and lack of response - seems like this
dark cloud over me has only gotten darker the past couple months and i'm
hoping it starts to clear up so i can get back to doing things on a
regular basis for people. i'm so stressed out at the moment i can't even
explain it and that's one thing my doctors told me to avoid but what can i
do.

get back to me when you can and i'll speak to you soon

thanks again for understanding

I'm sympathetic to your problems, but I also kind of need these records
or need to find a different supplier. I'll send you an extra $50 if you
can finish and ship them within two weeks (by November 2). Otherwise, I
may have to cancel my order.
