malcolm is an Intergraph TD-310, bought at a garage sale of Name Brand Computer Outlet (now apparently defunct). He is the twin brother of demidevimon.
I installed an operating system on malcolm the same way I did on demidevimon, though more quickly because of my prior experience. Unlike demidevimon, it runs XFree86 and GNOME 1.4.
malcolm is named for Malcolm X.
The first versions of Gusto GNU/Linux were written on malcolm.
