For the above table I just read off percentages from the Nmap logs. However I found that sometimes the percentage reported by Nmap does not match the percentage of the printed fingerprint if you run it through fingerdiff. With mx2, for example, it correctly detected OpenBSD with about 88% on the first try, but on the second try it didn't get an ECN response and matched Symbian OS at 97%. But the fingerprint printed was the OpenBSD fingerprint, not the Symbian one. So later percentages generated from the fingerprints would not be safely comparable.
