David Fifield's Eagle Project, a pancake breakfast to benefit the Aurora Public Library, went down on September 2nd, 2000. An incredible number of volunteers from the Troop came to help out, including the Horns, who managed to fight their way out of Nebraska for the day. The project was very successful, which was good considering that the great gleaming pendulum of Time was then swinging rapidly towards David's 18th birthday. |
